It’s a secret. Only a few have access to it.

At least that’s what I was told.

I searched around and was not able to find anybody who offers the real deal. Some claim to do so but upon close inspection all they have is original style vinyl with perforated with the current standard patterns. If there is indeed a secret source I would love to know. And yes, the 356's also used the same style

Is the perforated vinyl for original 67 recaro sports seats and 66/67 recaro bucket seat bolsters different?

Sadly there appears to be insufficient demand out there to have the tooling made. I have come up with another, one time solution. If anybody out there is interested in having their material correctly perforated contacted me offline and I can have it done alongside mine. I plan to have this done in the coming weeks.

Have you called any of the pros? Maybe Tony at Autobahn, or Stefan at GT Classics or the folks at Autos International would be interested in enough volume to make your initial idea work?
