Three clip setup is for early Weber equipped cars, up to about 1967, harder to find than the later style, worth $800 +/-, imo

The bird-baths are '70 or newer because of the wire clips . The housing is for a SWB and the clips should be wire and flat spring steel like on the housing .

Thanks guys....so seems for my 71 Italian IDA 3C Weber setup I should just sell these ? or are they adaptable ?
Or is that a very bad idea ?
    What’s best solution for filters...
Rain hats and filters or something more cool like a 906 rain hat ?

Thanks for ideas /photos and thoughts

Whats wrong with a '71 filter housing ? I suspect the coolest thing is an original filter , anybody can buy and put on a after market filter .

I agree with 9er - also, this is exactly like mine (10/67 build 1968 911L), however the rear breather port on mine is only the 90 degree elbow, I don't have the smaller fitting. Maybe an emissions thing for the 1968+ MY?

Thanks for he voice of reason....but if the main housing is SWB I will need a LWB version.
So what can be used form this setup ...by birdbaths I assume it’s the lower portion with clip and carb openings?
Thought the late housings were mainly plastic or are there met versions ?
    Thanks
    Frank

Generally , '69 and '71 housings were metal , so should be easy to find . And yes the birdbaths are the lower portion and these are correct for your car .
