What are these details on the 1970 McQueen 911S?

I believe these to be photos of the grey Le Mans McQueen car.

There is a switch, perhaps a push button, on the dash under the clock, looks to be partially green, what would this do? Has anyone seen a switch like this?

(Just as a note, there seems to be a shadow from a 3rd pull knob (above the radio) for the fog switch)
(Another note, looks to be the larger blaupunkt radio knobs, but with black treble/bass lever, not chrome)

There is a black cover over the fan belt nut, has anyone ever seen one of these?

And also, there is a cover over the fuses and relays, way on the left, in the shadows, did that not start until after January1971?

The fan nut cover is used on later G body cars.

Not certain what that switch is for perhaps a rear fog light ?
This McQueen slate S was at my house in Wash DC for a quick stop I guess about twelve years ago in a car carrier enclosed
as my silver '72 T was being shipped together with it as it made its way from SoCal to Connecticut , Gallology's home...
