    Hi, I own Cryowerks and we cleaned Ray’s car several years ago. The machine and technology is readily available, but someone can do a lot of damage if they’re not careful. Those issues listed are exactly what we try to avoid -wire plastics, foam insulation, fabric heater tubes, factory undercoating. The dry ice pellet velocity and fragmentation can be adjusted, the trade off being being cleaning time. It’s a great process for preservation. It will also save time (and effort/injury) from manual cleaning of cosmoline and road grime.

    We used it to remove decades-old 'rust preventative' (possibly Ziebart) which was still gummy after all that time. Nearly impossible to remove any other way without damaging the paint. Pricey process, but there is no substitute. Exoticar LA has the setup and Anthony has the touch to do it right.
