FS: Original 4.5 inch '67S Fuchs

    Helping sell for a friend.

"I have an original 1967 S fuch wheel for sale.

Has what’s left of the red stamping on the back of it. True wheel which looks like it’s still in its original finish on the front.

Has a few rash marks but nothing really serious and some starches as shown in the pics.

The original good year tire can either be part of the sale or if not needed I can remove the wheel prior to shipping.

Price: $1850.00 OBO. If the 1,850.00 is paid I’ll ship within the continental USA free of charge using UPS ground. PayPal accepted I just ask you pay the PayPal fees.
    PM me for any questions."

I thought that’s what 14” Fuchs were for.

Must have been late 90s or earlier

In 98 I bought a 356C w a set of 4x 4.5 Fuchs. The seller wanted $200 more if he had to swap them for a set of 4.5 steelies.
Didn’t want to spend $200, threw the Fuchs during restoration on the attic. Bought fresh steelies from the Partshop for $1000. Bought a 911 in 2005 and wanted Fuchs and found a set in the far back in storage .. those days are gone.

When the wider wheels came out folks couldnt dump these and get the wider wheels fast enough. A lot of them wound up on VW beetles
