    FS: 72 Roller Project 9112200756

I have a 72 sunroof couple roller for sale. Has been in a barn in Colorado for 5 years that I know of. Owner is moving and sold it to me. His intent was to make it a track car. No engine, no transmission, still has oil tank.. Mostly surface rust as the previous owner has been going at it with a wire brush. There are some areas that do have significant rust, rear seats, nose, lower windshield corners, and area below rear window. I do have some cut metal sections that are in better shape. Flares are fiberglass, I have 2 other sets of front fenders that are also fiberglass (take your pick). Have a couple different long hoods in various condition. Sitting on reproduction cup wheels. No engine cover.
Have tons of pictures and can get more of any area you would like.

    Color code is 131 9 2

NO TITLE! Sold as is, can provide a bill of sale.

    Car is in Elizabeth Colorado.

    Asking $10,000 obo

Am I out of line on pricing this 72?

I am mostly a 914 guy, so I may be way off.

Just thought I would post here first since the group has helped me before.

Not sure how you would go about pricing this...all I know is the road ahead is going to require much of everything. Best of luck.

Pricing something like this is hard. It's hard to find comparable sales for reference. It's a '72 E coupe shell that needs pretty much everything, and has no title. $10k might be a bit much.

For reference, paint code 131 equates to Light Ivory.

Here is a good reference for where the market is on LWB projects, I sold this one last Sept for $21,000, it's a 69E.
