These are the clips that hold the rubberized belts to the frame. They're all missing on my seats.
They go in the circled area in the picture below. I need all sixteen of them.

I ran into this a couple of years ago on another set and ended up making my own from some steel rod. Bent them into the right shape and then had them all plated
Thanks, Rick
I'm interested to read this. I would have thought that a mild rod would gradually unbend and come loose. The original ones, as I recall, were made of something more like spring wire.

These are for aftermarket Recaro, but are probably the same parts.

For two seats you should need 28 of these. I have the same issue and was told by a renown interior specialist from Germany that 3mm welding wire should work just fine.
I just need the bottom ones - 4 straps per seat @ 2 clips per strap for 2 seats = 16 clips.
I'll report back after I get the ones that Arne suggested.

I used bicycle wheel spokes to bend them from many years ago.

Sorry I have do revise my comment. I disassembled my seat yesterday and realized that there are no belt hooks at all for the backrest. However, I was able to order straps for the backrest from the specialist. Probably due to miscommunication. There is just an elastic mesh which is fixed by hooks and this seems to be original.
