Repairkit for recaro sport seat rails.

    Hi Guys,

I finally succeeded in finding a good metalworker. My recaro sport seat rails were cut off in the past (see second picture). I had the bracket part redone and finally they came out as I would say (authentic). I had a couple of them made because there must be plenty of porsche friends with beautiful recaro sport seats with damaged rails because of previous owner misuse.

    The procedure is as follows:

Carefully remove the bracket from the rail by drilling the weldspots. It can be done by an amateur (like me).

The new bracket can be welded onto the rail easily using the predrilled holes.

I had them galvanized thereafter and I must say they look pristine and work very wel in my car.

Can I make anybody happy with this? A bracket costs 50 euro a piece. Worldwide shipment is possible.

The first and third picture shows the bracket (left) and the end result when combined with your own rail (right)

Thank you comments are very welcome
