    Al Holbert’s 1973 IMSA 911S team effort

Hey Guys !! Was perusing some photos on EBay and found one of Al Holberts having a 1973 911S racing in IMSA. Looks like he campaigned 2 911S. Anyone have any stories/pictures of these early Holbert racing efforts ?? Are any of these cars known ?? Name: C8FB6809-2FDE-420F-977A-ABD9B12D8A4C.jpg

I spent last weekend with Todd Holbert. Al's son. He lives in NC and has an old 356. We were on the Ruckus Air Cooled Rally. Great guy and
will know about these Holbert cars. Thanks T

    68-69 door handles on the 92 car. I'm guessing he didn't run a 73 in 73?

"HH" is a Hamburg plate. You would think with Holbert's connections to the factory it would have been a Stuttgart car which would have had a plate starting with an "S".
