Part 901.565.819.40 -- Seeking the Wisdom of Scholars

My project car is '68 911 SWT #11880001, and I am struggling with the poor quality of the parts manual illustrations, so I need the Scholars of the Marque to share their wisdom ... PLEASE.

Illustration 8/15T shows an assembly that appears to anchor the pivot corner of the soft window frame assembly. (If I have interpreted that incorrectly, please feel free to let me know.)

One of the pieces in that assembly would appear to be illustrated as #32, which translates to part # 901.565.819.40 "Distance Bush".

Can anyone provide an illustration or photograph that shows part # 901.565.819.40 (so that I can figure out whether I have it)?

Can anyone provide a photograph of a SWT front corner assembly, so that I can put it back together correctly?

Thanks to anyone who can help.

ckkrause is correct, and i apologize for my oversight. while i personally consider all 3 registries to be steeped in scholars, the 912 registry was, in fact, the source of clarification of my SWT question, and it would have been appropriate to mention the 912bbs in my gratitude. i hope this supplemental note corrects that oversight.

    thank you, 912bbs.

Most of those images are from the tangerine '68 SWT Sporto I restored. I am a life-long 912 guy who dabbles in the 911 community. There have been multiple threads where these images have resurfaced.

    John,

yes, i also got some information from pelican.

but just to say it aloud, your contributions have been consistent and long-term, and they are truly appreciated.

in case you have connected the dots from a long list of inquiries, the car i am trying to finish is a '68 SWT, #0001, so i am REALLY trying to get it right. Your help has been invaluable. thank you.
