Attachment of S bumper to car/brackets

I am looking to attach the bumper to the brackets that attach to the side of the battery boxes. I have two brackets, one on the drivers side that also supports the horn and one on the passenger side that also supports the oil cooler.

Does the bracket on the bumper attach above or below the support bracket ? I also currently have the oil cooler attached above the bracket. What is the correct order of attachment to the angle bracket

Just to be clear - should the tab on the bumper - shown at bottom of photo - go Between the black bracket and the green oil cooler - OR should it go Under the black bracket? Thanks.

I would arrange the stack that allows the bumper to fit the best and that other bracket arms aren’t stressed, whatever arrangement that it is.

Both my 72S and my 73S have their front bumper removed but it *appears* that both of mine looked like yours with the oil cooler on top and the bumper on the bottom.
