    1965 Wood dash replacement pieces

Can anyone recommend a supplier for quality reproduction or restored original 5 piece wood dash panels for May 65 built 911? Current dash installed is poor quality reproduction and I would like to replace. VIN is 301104 and build date is May 25, 1965.
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Sincerely,
    Brian

I think you mean "vin is 301104" , mine is 301349. Good Luck with your project.

If you really want it done right, I’d contact Bruce Crawford. He can also recondition the tired original wood if you still have it. Good luck.

Just a note, if you want it to look right, don't make it look deep and lustrous like an English wood dash of the period. The early 911 dash was a tad on the rough side with a lot of grain showing through the clear. See photos of an original, well preserved dash. This car was also written up in Panorama in '65 by the original owner who, as a long time Porsche 356 owner, gave his initial impressions of the brand new 911. Lots of praise like the light steering, improved visibility, performance , etc., etc. but his comment on the dash was "my son could do better in his High School wood shop". Just saying.

Thanks for all the reply's. I corrected my VIN on earlier post to properly read 301104. It was completed 24.5.1965.
