    Inner wing shock absorber cup.

I have more issues and need more help with this inner wings.

I am planning to replace the left inner front wing which is pretty bad.
However I have a problem with the shock absorber mounts.
The right side is ok and I can tidy this up.

I have a new inner wing from Dansk but it just has a hole and no bowl, its obviously another part.
Does anyone know where you can get a repair panel that you can weld in ?

    but
rd has this and the reinforcement on top of the shock tower

    Heater pipes.

Yet more issues, this time with the rear inner wings.
This time its the pipe going from thr heater box mountings in the enginebay and the heater tube in the rockers.

You can see the pipe in the picture. From there it goes up to the Heater control box, well it doesn't go any further on the right side.
Does anyone know if it has a part number ?

    Torsion bar plates/covers

    I need some more help....
I have been restoring the rear suspension and I have come up with a question.

The torsion bar covers have 4 lugs and look like 356 ones.
I am told they are early ones but not the same size as the 356 ones.

I need one, does anyone know if they are the same size as the 356 ones ?
Or where I can get one ?

Is the rubber bearing the same as 356???? Is the rubber piece available???
knowing how Porsche utilizes design and parts that would make sense.
    If yes..
get the early 356 cover piece and using a new design cover piece that is a different outside perimeter and weld this newer outside perimeter onto the 356 plate.

More issues, I am sure someone gave me the answer to this a while back, it might have been Haul, but I cant find it.
I am having issues with the SILLs.
They are the early sort with indents that were filled, I git some from Dansk but they are not right and will need modifying to fit. they ar to wide at the front so pusj out the front wing.

I think I am going to have to fabricate them, has any one got the measurements/drawings of the original sills/rockers ?

This is the latest picture of the shell, slow progress.

Franz (Moito) sells (sold?) the correct ones. You should find them with a search.

i built a hydraulic stamping tool for those indents...i use original porsche rocker panels for this conversion. it is not only the indents that ate different compared to the later versions. i posted an ad here--with detailed pictures--can`t find it but maybe someone has a link.
currently have none in stock and i do not have the time to do a run in the near future
but i sold a set to haul which he put in the shelf --just in case he would need them one day.he probably still has them.

    BTW..never use repro rocker panels!
