Again seeking wisdom -- parts shown in Illustration 8/15T of the Parts Manual

Parts Manual illustration 8/15. shows a series of pieces whose function is not clear. Can anyone help me understand what function these pieces perform? (Parentheses indicate the number shown on Illustration 15T)

    (Part #70) 901.565.024.40 "silentbloc for 901.565.217.41"
(Part #71) 900.119.011.02 "cheese head screw"
    (Part #15) 901.5465.217.41 "Pivot"
    (Part #16) 901.565.220.40 "silentbloc"
(Part #17) 901.565.361.40 "sealing for silentbloc"
    (Part #14) 900.025.007.02 "washer"

i have been unsuccessful in finding where these pieces are located, and what function they perform.

can anyone help me to understand, please?

    Again, thank you, in advance.

The other parts are related to this pin and how it attaches inside the targa frame. I have no images of mine so this image is from one pulled off of a top on Ebay.

suuu--nuuu---a---birch!!! if that is correct, you are living proof of the intellectual capital of these registries (all 3).

i would NEVER have begun to guess that. but it looks correct.

does anyone else have an alternative to offer?

John, thank you. your photos make total sense, even if illustration 8/15T is terribly unclear.

this leaves me with 2 issues:

first, does anyone have an alternative to John's explanation? it makes sense, but i'm open to other thoughts.

second, does anyone have information on the parts that John does not address?

    (Part #70) 901.565.024.40 "silentbloc for 901.565.217.41"
(Part #71) 900.119.011.02 "cheese head screw"

    thanks, again, everyone.
