Agree with Rick. Which shark is selling it at this moment is not relevant. And I would not brag about Canepa either way.
I appreciate knowing the identify of the seller. It could prove valuable to people researching a car in the future.
Absolutely! --- which is why I always include a link to wherever I find them . . . even in other parts of our site
. . . but in the post --- not in the title
Some of these cars 'll show up again + again, multiple venues + Sellers . . . some over long periods of time
So? --- why give any one Seller all the recognition in the title? . . . especially years after a car may 've ever appeared, there
The VIN is the topic of the thread . . .
. . . and links to any/all Sellers/vendors/venues/values will be in the posts --- at least mine, anyway

Been doing it this way for a long time. Goes back to our forum rule that requires a price. Just noting that the ad has a link rather than a price.

FWIW, I like the idea of having one open ended thread for each VIN, especially for these RS models where the number of cars is known. Then every time one shows up on the market the latest info can be added to the end. Way more user friendly for researching a particular RS than the never-ending sticky thread - 1973 Carrera RS Cars for Sale
In fact, you could have a sub-forum in the Cars for Sale forum for RS models, where all these could be put. Someone could even slowly go through the sticky and copy each car's history into its own thread.
