    Pelican down?

    Logging onto Pelican again today, and it show me as the only one online and no new posts for over 24 hours. Tried a post, and NADA. Is it just me?

    The site loads, but there have been zero changes since the early morning hours Saturday. Based on my prior career experience, the site has lost the ability to write to the database for some reason.

    you will see that you are the only active user. You can submit a new thread, but it will not be posted. I agree with Arne; there is no writing to the database.

    I would expect to see some sort of a message posted by now, but no such luck.
