LWB Front Bumper Fog Light Bracket - Which Hole to Use?

Getting the details right on my new Italian 69S and need to install the correct 139 fog lights. When looking at the bracket in the bumper, there are two potential mounting holes but the fog lights only have a single mounting post. Can anyone advise of the correct mounting position? Inner or outer holes?

I honestly dont remember, but when fitting the fogs in my 71 it was obvious to keep them centered, try a dry fit if you have the fogs now. I am not home now or I would reach under and feel which one I used.

    Best Regards

Thanks, Jerry. Actually, it doesn't look like either of them keep the lights exactly centered. From the photos I can see online it looks like (most) people are using the outer holes?

Outer holes and if you have the correct center post mount 139s, then there is enough circular play to center the lights. There's another version of a 'kind of' center post mount but, really only allows vertical adjustment. Trying to use those on our bumpers doesn't really work well.
