Turn signal, brake light, horn fuse keeps blowing.

The 6th fuse from the top (switched), on the top fuse box on a 69 911E Targa keeps popping. It's pulling less than the rated amp draw but very low ohm draw. I get volts and amps but I don't understand ohms. What causes low ohms and what might I look for, for the fix?

My only thought is to disconnect all systems and then add one back at a time to see if the fuse blows. example, only have power to the horn and test. then only have power to the brake light and test function. and so on. at least you will know which system is at fault. then it's looking at that particular wiring route.

Ohms are a measure of resistance. Low ohms means a very easy circuit to ground. I never pay attention to ohms when looking for a fuse-popping problem, only when a circuit doesn't work at all.
