    Wiper motor question

So my wiper motor finally crapped out. I guess after 50 years it finally had enough. I have a 71 E and wondering if there are any alternatives to buying a used one. Looks like the mounting to the arm is fairly similar in later models. but the electric connectors are different. Not to worried about that, but not sure if a later rendition will mount into this car.

Has anyone found a suitable replacement that is not original and you can still purchase new???

What’s wrong with buying a used one? They are very robust and don’t fail that often. Just buy from a trusted seller in an arid part of the world. California comes to mind. I know a guy……
