    let me elaborate... it's an early porsche. i don't need a leak down or compression check. the car has been completely restored and we would like someone representing us to confirm #'s match the car with the kardex. drive it a bit, check the paint job and body panel fit. we have very good information and photos, but would be happy to pay for feet on the ground. thank you

    I'm in Ashland and have a '66 912. A couple names come to mind:
    First, Freddy Hernandez at Vintage Porsche Restoration in Talent: (541) 535-3304. Freddy knows old Porsches intimately!
    Second, Aaron's Autoworks in Phoenix (Oregon) (541) 535-1355 Aaron's also very knowledgeable.

    And please, if you buy the car, bring it to one or both of the cars and coffee gatherings we have every month.
    Second Saturday of the month at the old site of Walmart in Talent, and third Saturday in Ashland, at the Plaza.
