    1968 US versions - Comply with all regulations door plaque/tag

    Greetings,

    While browsing and chatting with a very nice fellow here on his 911L, I noticed a door tag (see pic) I do not have on my 911L USA version.
    Am sure you may help finding out :
    1) is that tag on all 911L / 911 in 1968 ?
    2) it looks like riveted - is it correct ?
