Swap Meet at the Phoenix Club - September 26 @ 8:00 am - 3:00 pm PDT

The date of our annual Swap Meet has been changed to September 26, 2021. New for 2021, we will allow vendors to reserve outside swap space next to the tent. Forty (40) spaces will be available for reservation. Each space will be roughly one car length and sell for $60 per space. A vendor can purchase up to 3 spaces that will accommodate trailers. We are also discussing options to permit vendors with reservations to park their vehicles on Saturday afternoon in order to limit the traffic between midnight and 6 am the night before our event.

In addition to the reserved vendor space, we will be selling 30 “first come, first served” vendor spaces to the right of The Phoenix Club for $60 per space the day of the event. All Swappers Must Download and Complete This Form. You are required to submit this form upon arrival on Sept 26, 2021.

Club member and guest tickets will also go on sale starting February 1. Club members will be able to purchase an entry ticket for themselves and one guest for $10 each. Club members will also receive early admission starting at 7 am.

General admission tickets can be purchased in advance for $20. Gates for general admission open at 8 am. Display car admission is $20 per car and each person must have their own admission ticket. Admission tickets for club members, the general public, and display parking can all be purchased in advance.

General admission parking ($20) is available at the Honda Center.

This is the last Phoenix Club event as the property has been purchased for redevelopment... sad to see it go. This will also be the last Oktoberfest on these grounds as well.

I'll be coming down with my usual co-host Gary Emory and we will be inside the large "tent" with our wares. 2nd son of Soterik will also be in attendance....

Unfortunately this will be the first time the Registry will not be attending this event.....

This is what we just sent to our membership:

    Dear Members,

We wanted to inform you that we will not be at the Phoenix Club’s Swap this year.

This will be the first swap we have missed since its inception. A lot of our club merchandise have been on back order because of various COVID issues with our vendors and we do not have the product to support our efforts at the swap.

We also understand a number of you like to renew your membership in person. We always looked forward to that, plus it gave us a chance to chat and connect… For that we are very sorry.

Still, the easiest way to renew, or become a new member is online through our Shop at:
    https://shop.early911sregistry.org/pages/membership

Please remember that a lot of our club merchandise is still available on our Shop at:
    https://shop.early911sregistry.org/

Thanks for your understanding and support, and hopefully we’ll see you next year…

    Cheers,
    The Early 911S Registry

What a bummer that this is the last event at the Phoenix Club such a staple during the Toy and Lit weekend. I look forward to hearing what venue will be used for next years swap after the Toy and Lit. I started a swap meet in Nor Cal just keep the old fashion swap meet alive.

Excellent! I will need a tip (for the new SSI mufflers) soon.
Any chance you will be doing Bosch 4487 in the future?
