Odd Owner's Manual Cover - Anyone Recognize?

I know there has been endless discussion about maroon owner's manual binders, mostly about the color of the inside. I have one with a different PORSCHE embossing on the outside. Has anyone seen this one? Thanks - Matt

There's also a photo of the inside but I can't get it to upload. Suffice to say it's a plain maroon folder inside.

356.... I've got one. You can search for it over on the 356Registry for the dates it was used, but it was around for a few years.

It is 356 era. I think it was first used on the Industrial Engine documents folder but was then used on driver's. I have a '58 Industrial package, maybe it was used even earlier.

Yep I’ve got one but no 356 or drivers manual so it is surplus to requirements.I was given the date it was used on 356 by someone who knew —possibly have an email on topic somewhere.

Was told the spark plug tool in picture with it is an interesting one too — if I find the eMail I’ll put dates I was told it contained the 356 drivers book. Bit smaller than 911 maroon pouch iirc

They stated using the cover somewhere in '58 I believe.

On the sparkplug tool, it is an early one, start of 56 and earlier
