    Wiper Parking

So I tested out my wipers on the rebuild of my 1971.

I installed the arms so that the blades ran across the windscreen nicely - nice full sweep and staying on the screen. But, when I turned them off they parked in the middle of the screen.

So I manually rotated the loose arms when the motor was parked so that they are where they should be parked on the drivers side. But of course, when I turn them on again they then go further towards the drivers side - and off the screen. So I can get them to park correctly but then they sweep only the drivers side before they go off the screen - Or, if I adjust the arms to do the full sweep they park in the middle.

    Thoughts ?

The parking adjustment is made at the motor pivot. Check out this thread on Pelican.
