    Recaro S options for 1973

I am restoring a 911 E Targa from 1973, the car was delivered with Recaro S seats. Unfortunately the seats are no longer with the car.
Therefor I am looking for reproduction seats available.

Having read many post on this forum, I believe for the years 1972 and 1973 were the only years that a double locking mechanism was used on these seats/frames.

What options are available for a nice (respectable) concours restoration for Recaro S seats and frames?
The original seats and frames are barely available or super expensive to buy and restore.

    Many thanks.

if you want to build replica articles in your car anyway, it doesn't matter in my opinion whether you take single locker or double locker, because everything is not "original" anyway. But that's just my opinion. your car is of great monetary value. I wouldn't skimp on the interior here. certainly not on the seats. but only my opinion. if you prefer original recaros, please send me a pm. i currently have a pair of s-recaros at the saddler's waiting for completion. they could still be made in your desired configuration.

    regards
