    SWB Targa Vinyl

Could someone please kindly post a 'close-up' shot of the correct Targa top vinyl for an SWB (1968). Thank you very much in advanced.

I've got two cars with original, early-vinyl targa tops in my collection. Happy to post a photo tomorrow from my shop.

First photo is from a low-mileage, early Targa. I'm told by Dave Brown, who I consider the most knowledgeable Targa restorer we have, that is has been NLA for many years. I have seen a couple NOS replacement vinyl covers over the years but very hard to find. There is a Porsche part number for this pre-cut vinyl piece.

The second photo is the closest vinyl match as of 2015 when I had Dave restore my 68 SWT top.

Caveat: Both taken under bright LED's making the grain slightly more visible.

Thank you so much! This should be in a Targa reference 'sticky' here. Cheers!
