Strange numbers on 7R 911/83 block: do you have an idea?

So, the 911/83 engine of our Carrera 2.7 is now fully apart. We have noticed these numbers which we cannot decypher ... any idea?

Normal location for intermediate shaft deviation #. What’s in the engine a “0” or a “1” intermediate shaft? Maybe they changed their mind.

Here the pics ... I can't see any number ... is that supposed to be a "0"?

I thought the mark was on the large gear, but that gear is a 930 part # so cannot be original.

yes indeed ... this we noticed as well ... it may have need replaced decades ago ...
