I think I know what u want. All of the sleving is a tube, no cut. I think some shrink fit tubing comes pretty close, and of course you wouldn't heat it to shrink it. The second picture shows u how to cut. Cut in at 45 degrees, then down the middle, then out at 45 degrees. Total length about 135 mm (5 1/4"). Inside diameter, about 8.75 mm (11/32"). Total length of cutout, about 38 mm (1.475"). Wall thickness, about .6 mm.
The last pic shows how to mount it.

Not sure about what exactly was used on your '69. I've purchase flexible plastic conduit from Wurth USA in the past, and it sure looks like the stuff Porsche used on other models and years. Available in a number of IDs.

McMaster Carr carries black PVC tubing for doing just this in all sorts of different sizes I use it a lot when redoing wiring harness or making new ones for accessories, looks original and a lot less than any where else

    Thanks, Rick

    moito,
A tube with a 4 mm ID (Wurth 07714) will not fit on a metal tab that measures almost 10.25 mm across. You are going to need something with at least 7 mm ID. The reason I said above that the ID was 8.65 mm is because an 11/32 drill just fits inside the tube I took off my car to measure. I would buy at least an 8 mm ID tubing, maybe a little bigger.
