    i would not sweat it..... technology and innovation prove to always be net a good thing. Always the buggy whip owner squawk. Thats normal...
    In this case the car is not "lost" The installation is reversable and actually these kind of interest are good for the car world.

    150 mile range! For $89,000 a person would be far better off to not cannibalize their 911, and buy a Lucid Air instead. Now there's a beautiful car to rival even a 911 and has over 500 miles range, and a starting price of $77,400:

    Just as occurred when the "horseless carriage" showed up the scene, a tectonic shift like EV is going to see the creation of undoubtedly dozens of new car companies. And of course few will survive. If this market stays frothy there will be many IPO's and we could see the golden age of the short seller.
