    Now the question is, where does the Classic muffler fit in? From comparing the Dansk and Classic, and reading your description, I believe the Classic is close to Leistritz, but I've never driven a 911 with a Leistritz muffler unfortunately. I fully agree with your description of the Dansk, and the Classic is way more melodious, quieter at low revs, yet somehow more aggressive than the Dansk at high revs.

    The factory exchanger, the Dansk or SSI all perform equal.
    But I don’t recommend stepping up headers or exchangers. larger primary tube diameters generally have a negative effect on torque and most of the hp curve other than at peak.
