decoding 1967 paint tag the number and color code

    Hello all

How do I decode the paint tags 2'nd line, in this example it says 97-XXpaintcodeXX-L

    I have also seen 67-XXpaintcodeXX-G

Is there a list from which I can decode the numbers in front of the paint code and the letter behind the paint code?

    huge thanks
