Any good ideas for Plastic Parts

    Hi guys

I am allways greatfull for any good ideas I get here on the forum

I am going into the plastic injection molding business a bit , just for the classic parts

was lucky to get hands of some top Pro injection molding machines , and we got cnc on our own and got the first molds ready

in the deal was a super guy with loads of knowledge to opperate these babies so I should be covered

but looking for any good tips , maybe I missed a NLA part, or maybe a part thats on the market ,but too expensive or too bad in quality, which I maybe can do better

all good ideas, are much appreciated

    Thx

    Marek

How about the “shark fin” seat back release for comfort seats?

Marek, the pivots for the sun visors now should not be a problem. Do the visors. Many people need them

Side covers for the 71- onwards Scheel hinges. But that won't pay off making the moulds will be too expensive for the low numbers of needed parts.
This part #18 is wanted from the BMW 2002.

g-mod stuff like temp sender bezel (the one installed between the sunvisors) small and easy to mill/erode the open/close mold

headlight washers for 75-78 --will be a bit harder to break even

The hard plastic part of the beloved Bosch snail horns, that is often damaged. (Using the June 1966 date is fine )
