I found this of interest. Not the big tubes but the solution if needed could be adapted to the 41's. As the heads we're working with are not on the engine they can be cut to whatever size needed within reason.

This engine will use a 2 in 1 out muffler to go with the big tube SSI’s. We want it to look as stock as possible. Will the stock or sport factory mufflers flow enough to handle the larger displacement power output? At 3.2 it’s 1.2 liters larger than the stock 2.0. And a half liter larger than a 2.7 RS both with MFI. The fuel pump is being tweeked by Fairchild to handle the extra cylinder volume.

I just spent about 30 minutes on the phone with Soren Breinholt at JP Group. Here is what I learned.
The 91.936.SSI"s will work on 3.0SC heads. 41mm at the flange and 38 mm ID. They are limited to about 250 hp.
If you want to make more power they will have new SSI's comming out May or June. 91.911SSI41. These will have 41 mm ID tubes and are good for 275 to 300 hp. There is only one guy there at this time building this 41 mm ID exchanger.
    Hope that helps.

    Longballa,
I'll post pictures of fitment when we get to that point. I hope that will be in 3 months or so.
