    1967 15x4.5 Fuchs

    Hello everyone!

I am new to the SWB game and recently bought a 67 912 project for restoration which has a set of (5) 4.5 Fuchs in original, unrestored condition! Yes, 5!! The small Black paint sections between the pedals are worn/faded off.

My recently ordered Kardex lists option “liechtmetallrader”, was this the fuchs option before they where know as fuchs? They have red ink markings on the backside. I’ve seen post talking about some 4.5 having casting marks and some only ink marks. Guessing ink marks is the earlier of the two.

Kardex also lists Dunlop 165 15 tires, was the factory tire like the Dunlop sports classic?

Just curious if normally they came in sets of 5 or just 4. Figure 5 are rarer than hens’ teeth

    Thanks

Bingo. Having 5 is a real find.

For sure. With the car as-is, I am sure the values are ver much similar.
