Hopefully the surgeon will have some of your lighting to assist with the procedure. Good fortune to you.

Well, I thought I would go ahead and let folks know what's up. I'm going into the hospital on Monday for open heart bypass surgery. I'm happy to be alive because they found one big boy 100% blocked. I'm not sure how long I will be out (a week in the hospital evidently). My job doesn't involve a lot of heavy lifting and I'm easily bored so recovery may be quicker than everyone seems to expect. Might be a good time to fire up the Off Topic section (just kidding Chuck).

    Back in a while,
    John

You are lucky to get surgery at a time when hospital resources are stretched pretty thin. Good luck John and wishing you a speedy recovery.

    Cheers,
    Ravi
