    Bay Area Woodside Drive Group forming

    Hi all,

    Theres a smallish group of us (7 and growing) that all live in the Woodside vicinity on the mid-peninsula. We have a mix of longhoods and later but all aircooled. We know there’s more out there in our close area, who don’t regularly want to drive to the east bay, north bay, Monterey, etc… to get a group run in. We also have amazing roads up and off Skyline. If you’d like to get onto our informal group text, there’s always someone (usually me) wanting to go out most Saturday and Sunday mornings. It’s a sort of “whoever wants in just show up” type of group. If you’re interested please DM me here.

    Nice pictures. I recognize a few cars from around town. I live in Emerald Hills and drive a red 67 911 (with Hella 118 driving lights) along the same routes. I'm undergoing a suspension and brake system overhaul right now, but will be back on the road soon.

    I'd like to join as soon as my car is ready (any day now!). there's another small group of guys who do drives from woodside/portola valley out to the coast pretty regularly too.
