Thread: What I basically traded Kermie for....

What I basically traded Kermie for....

My 30+ year owned 73 E hotrod was sold last year.
This is what I have currently replaced it with....for better or worse.
Was after a more of a daily driver that could handle the Pacific NW weather year around.
2022 Carrera 4S with all the bells and whistles.

PTS Oslo blue, aerokit, carbon ceramic brakes, PDK, PASM, PDCC, sport chrono package, carbon fiber roof and mirrors.

    Pretty satisfied at this point.

    Some pics of the interior...

Sport Tex seating with blue deviated stitching, 18 way adjustable seats, carbon fiber trim, sport steering wheel.

A bittersweet post for me. Enjoy the next phase of your Porsche journey!

Kermie was cool but so is this. Congrats!

Yes it is...but I will definitely miss Kermie and Snoopy (914-6 conversion).
There is a lot of difference between the early air cooled cars and these new modern ones...obviously.

I applaud your selection of brightwork window trim. I've always thought it does a great job of accentuating the traditional 911 lines of the modern cars.

    I agree.
Most (nearly 100%) of the folks want to black out everything on these newer cars.
I think you need a little brightwork to break it all up.
Kept the Porsche on the rear in brightwork instead of going with black.
