Looking for current recommendations for new tires for 73S Couple with 7 & 8 wheels.
Vredstein's and Michelin XAS have been suggested but open to other recommendations.

    Thumbs up

    Jerry,

    I drove a 72S with 7's & 8' 15's with the 'new' Pirelli CN36's - 185 x 70's and 215 x 60's ...

    I was pretty impressed ....

Seemed like good all-round street, road, performance tires...

My .02 ... Hope this helps

    Cheers,
    cm

On board with the CN36 recommendation. I have them on my 73S. Light, lively and predictable, plus they look proper.

are your rear fenders flared? The combination Chuck recommends is what was used on the 3.0RS before P7's came out

Will CN36’s work with 7” wide wheels on all four corners and standard fenders? They only offer the two sizes and I am con the 185 is too small and the 215 is too large. Currently I have 205/60 on the car. So not sure going down to 185 is right thing to do, but the CN36 is definitely the right aesthetic. Adibe is appreciated.
