radio suppression on wiper motor (1972)

On my wiper motor I have a radio suppression capacitor which is no longer functioning.
The marking on the capacitator states:
    BERU GERMANY
    FK 213/7 V
    2.2mF 160V
    max. 100°C

Looking into the parts catalogue should be Porsche number 999.619.126.01.

I do not know if this Beru is the original item, but both searching on the web for BERU FK 213/7 V or 999.619.126.01 does not give any result where to find. Probably need to replace by some other capacitor.
Any suggestion which what I can replace it?

Do you experience problems with radio reception? If not, forget it.

Not that I was aware of.
I assume that this capacitor should only be functional when the wipers are working. Never have driven a lot in the rain, so could be that at this stage I wasn’t even listening to the radio or that a malfunctioning of my radio was due to the bad weather.
