    ST/R/GTS Leather Strap Window Info

    I am in the process of re skinning my doors. I'd like to do the manual leather strap set up used on early race cars. Does this require any modifications to the metal of the door? Anyone know of a detailed breakdown of this modification? I didnt find anything using the search function.

    If you google it, you will find a bunch of info and pics. It's a neat look but it seems that a lot of people get tired of it after a while. It does make sense if you are using plastic doors.
