2 Original Speaker Grills for LWB 1970-1973

Here I have two speaker grills for sale for LWB 1970-1973. But please do your own research... to be sure it will fit these came and will fit 1973 dashboard!

#1 : $75 plus shipping : The original speaker grill that came out of my 1973 911t and has cracks, please see pictures - $75

#2 : $175 plus shipping : Bought 'new' (to me) from early registry 911 but did not install as I had purchased NEW ONE from SunCoast Porsche Parts. This one matches the one that actually came out of my car while the one at SunCoast albeit NEW does not reflect the hole pattern. https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/SKU911DASHGR.html. As you can see from the pics it is straight and does not have any cracks at all, is it NOS - no. Is it in great shape - yes. Is it period accurate - i think so.

Please refer to pictures and happy to send additional pictures.

    Thanks,

    -Tom

Both still available... You can get new one from Suncoast Porsche but not sure if 100% accurate? Grill holes rounded vs squared off...

    Thanks for looking...

Not for 69 it is a different grille altogether, wider and thinner and attaches differently

Strange because when you lookup speaker grill, they all look similar... and marked for 69-73. Meaning look at Suncoast porsche parts, aasales, pelican, etc... so I am confused that this would not fit 1969?

Not strange just fact. They do look similar as you say.

The 69 ones attach to the dash differently and are longer and thinner so 70-73 speaker grille will not fit in a genuine 69 dash.

Correct - 69 was a one year only dash. Rare as hens teeth. The difference was the speaker grill. Most people (like myself) just end up using a 70-73 dash when replacing.
