Early Tach Conversion to CDI/3 pin ignition

Any recommendations on converting an early points type Tach and SWB to a 3 pin CDI style?

Have you checked with Bob Ashlock (here in the forum) he has a very small unit TacAdapt that fixes / allows many uses of different Tac issues on the pick up. He also rebuilds the CDI boxes. Do a search here, I would start with him.

    Best Regards

EDIT: Link to Bob's web site & the tacadapt

I have a 3 pin CDI in my SWB car, tach works fine but only when connected to the points signal.
