WTB: small piece of Basketweave material

    Hi,

Looking for a piece of Basketweave material to recover my radio plate. The car is a 1969 912 and I’m assuming it’s the original material across the dash except on the radio plate. The radio plate has a different pattern on it. I ordered a new roll of Basketweave that Sierra Madre sells and it’s just not close enough to the original stuff. Enough so that I think it would look worse than what is on there now. The original material has more grain to it and a little sheen. The new material is very flat with no sheen at all. I’ll try to post a few pictures. I’ve searched online and contacted Garry at ClassicFX, and Autos International so far. Garry is checking stock and I haven’t heard back from AI so I thought I would ask here.

More than happy to pay for a piece that is 8.5 inches across by 2.5 inches tall, if anyone has some old stock not being used.

    Regards,
    Dave, Minneapolis MN

Here’s what I have on there now -
