I want to be sure I understand ... The spark plug Allen is 12mm?

    Am I seeing it correctly?

YES. Unique ( not often seen) to the early 64 & 65 Porsche 911. Thanks

I also see some milled end spanners I thought the milled end ones did not occur until later

    All DFS 19x17 were milled.

I thought the early first edition tool kit bags were the thick vinyl type.

    The remaining four?

    1. milled

    2. flat with no striations

    3. cast

My understand is all Porsche tool kits had #1. Where the 2 & 3 fit in is speculative.

Two kinds of early tool bags.

    1. smooth black vinyl with tabs

    2. with rivets

I don't think it's ever been nailed down as to what point-in-time these were issued. From 65 through 67 you have so many different tool bags it insane.
