    FS: 1967 Porsche 911S

This a very special original un-restored two owner 1967 911 S sunroof coupe. It boasts factory options such as full black leather, working Webasto gasoline heater, Catacolorglass, spare parts travel kit, right headrest, Original “Frankfurt”working Blaupunkt radio, loudspeaker, antenna, rear window wiper, fog lights and it has a 2” optional VDO amp gauge. The car has original A/C which has been removed but included. All of the carpet and interior leather panels and seats are in very good original shape with no rips or tears including the rare leather dashboard. The wiper arms front and rear are the original silver ones for the car. The B model inside door pulls were installed by original owner.
This two owner car has it's original tool kit as well as a factory road kit. It also comes with most if not all work repair papers, including original sales invoice. It has only 78,761 miles and all numbers match the Certificate of Authenticity. This car was specially ordered for a close friend of Chuck Stoddard. Chrome on the door window and exterior parts are pit free and in very good condition. The window aluminum moldings are also in very good original shape. The car has aTalbot & Co. this 911S is very good and original with the exception of the right front fender, front bumper, and rear license plate panel which were repainted. The paint work only covered the necessary area after metal and leadrepair work. You can see photos of a minor fender bender. The sun roof sliding panel works fine. The engine works great and the cylinder leakage percentage was excellent withonly a loss of 4% on all six cylinders. It has an upgraded ignition box (MSD) and new oil line hoses and return tubes. The car has had the cylinder deflector cooling plates modified for cooler operating temperatures.
The five speed transmission shifts fine. It does have a small noise in first gear. The car is equipped with a set of Fuchs wheels (4 1⁄2”). Original paperwork, passport and pictures from European delivery. Price is $220,000

    Original AC??

I didn’t know that factory AC was available this early. That’s cool. Is it the early Behr system? It’s not on that dealer invoice listed so, that’s weird. What’s the full story there?

A/C was only available in US. Prfobably the Porscheair system with the Tecumsa compressor.67911911S912b.JPG

Back of the '67 brochure. Most likely installed at port of entry or by individual dealer since limited to US. Does appear in the Owners Manual.
