    FS: Weber 40 IDS 3C/3C1

    Hi everybody,

    I’ve bought two pairs of Weber IDS Carbs a few months ago here in the forum. I’ve totally restored both two pairs and used one for my 1968 project. The second pair is now for sale.

    The carburetors were completely disassembled, blasted with nutshells and cleaned. The throttle valve shafts have been replaced with new ones and have completely new bearings. All parts were ultrasonically cleaned and re-galvanised. The brass parts have only been cleaned. I have taken extra care to ensure that the carburetors retain their "used" look and not look like new. Completely new seals were installed. New float needle valves.
