Seattle Speedometer - Where is Buz?

    All,

I hate to bring this topic here, but is Buz okay and still doing business? Based on some positive discussions here, I shipped him a clock over a year and a half ago. He never answers the phone, and on May 2nd this year via email he said he was going to ship my clock back, but I never go it and have not heard anything back. I have tried many times to contact him, but there is zero response.

If there is an issue with him, then god bless and I guess my clock + ~$500 is gone.

If not, can someone in the Seattle area kick him in the arse, and tell him to return my '73 VDO clock?

Buz did a quartz conversion on my clock and a refurb on my speedo last summer (late June). I haven't been in contact with him since. Good luck in getting in contact with him and the followthrough.

His voicemail message says something like, "due to staffing or work demands, he now only communicates by email". I've left several emails regarding a project and he's called both times.

Buz had a full set of my gauges plus a 10K tac for 2 to 3 years. He didn't ever get around to working on the gauges. Once when I called I talked to a lady who helped me get the gauges back. When I opened the box, no 10K tac. I have been unable to reach him since. If anyone figures how to get ahold of him please PM me.

Very odd. About 3 years ago he contacted me to buy some old Gauge cores.. as I have quite a few. Instead of Payment.... we worked out a deal where he would restore 8 other gauges for me... in payment for the gauges he wanted.
It took him quite a while to do these but eventually they did get done..... He told me that he had just landed the SINGER job and was building all the Singer gauges and that had him completely booked...... Have not talked to him since.
