    Copper air conditioner O-rings

    Hello - I’m re-installing the air conditioner on my 73 911 E
Watching UTUBE videos I see that Porsche uses a form fitted copper o-ring to help seat the fittings going to the compressor and all the other refrigerant lines.
Does anyone know if the copper rings are still available?
I looked at Stodard website and a couple others, however no luck.
    Thank you for any help.

I inherited a box with a wide variety of copper o ring / gaskets. I separated them and have listed them for sale on the Samba. Here is an example of one size of the many I have inherited. Not at all sure if these represent the "O ring" you are looking for but thought I would throw my hat in the ring.

BMW also uses the same style as well and a lot of guys are putting newer style systems in so some of the E9 guys may have some of the older style copper rings available I am assuming that they are the conical shaped ones Try on the E9 forum

    Thanks, Rick

Mercedes also used the copper cone sealing washers in the cars of the '60s & '70s you could look over there also
