    High pressure AC line

In have a 73 S with factory AC. Owned for 34 years but only turned a wheel in 2019. I am putting the red fabric hoses back on and no I don’t expect them to hold pressure. The only one that has me stumped is the high pressure hose from the dryer in left rear corner of front fender to the evaporator in the smugglers box. As I remember it went through this hole in the inner fender with a grommet. In know latter cars went down under neath and up past steering rack. Has anyone seen the hose going through inner fender?Name: C56187D4-3341-41C1-BCFE-ED30A7A28E22.jpg

There were on a few occasions dealer installed A/C systems using the Behr kit. If that's what this is it may be that a dealer installer routed the hose differently than what would have been done on the assembly line. Another tell-tale would be the bracket for the relocated washer bottle, is it welded to the trunk floor or just screwed on?
