Thread: Black paint blackouts of a 1973

    The car wasn't cleaned before the pics were taken. That's dirt not black paint on the plug. The different shades is due to dirt. We stripped the car so I wasn't concerned with cleaning it for photos.

    Why is there so much dirt on the rocker panels but not in the wheel wells ? and what about the floor bottom ?

    How dumb am I, all the time chasing this info I had forgotten that the factory next to mine houses many many cars one of which is a pristine 40,000 mile Aussie 73 E which I was able to view and take pics of last night.

    Got the paint and brushes out today
